The Productivity Coach is one of the most respected and recognizable roles in our company, and is often the catalyst to increased sales production and other growth opportunities.
This is a leadership position with Keller Williams La Jolla that will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and his staff. The ideal candidate will continue to operate his/her sales business, and manage the Market Center’s coaching program in a part-time capacity, with the opportunity to expand the program into other markets for increased earning potential.
