Shoes For Crews, LLC (SFC) is a dynamic designer, manufacturer and business-to-business marketer of the most technologically advanced, top-rated slip-resistant footwear for the foodservice, hospitality, industrial, and healthcare workplaces. SFC protects over 3.5 million workers per year in over 120,000 workplaces from slip and fall accidents. For over 30 years, the Company has built its reputation through innovative product development technologies, proprietary manufacturing, and distinct niche marketing.
Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for managing all Small Business Accounts in Canada with a focus on supporting existing accounts and selling new accounts into a streamlined managed footwear program. The industries served will primarily include Foodservice, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Industrial. Sales production will come from leveraging existing national programs, identifying prospects for new programs, cross-selling new product extensions (gloves, + other PPE), and expanding our market share into emerging segments in a defined geographic area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactive outreach through phone/email/mail
- Execution of a high-activity engagement model
- Manage the small business inbound leads
- Troubleshoot and assist customers with account setup issues
- Identifying opportunities for converting to a Small Business Program
- Qualifying pre-existing Accounts to fit into the new SFC Footwear Program structure
- Re-sell our safety solution to established SFC Corporate Accounts
- Maintains knowledge of new sales techniques, Shoes For Crews products, and competitor activity
- Prepares accurate sales activity reports
- Organizes sales activities to maximize the time spent with viable sales prospects and current customers
- Presents a professional brand and company image, including personal appearance, communication and marketing material
- Promote and provide customers with information regarding any new products/services/packages and educate customers on SFC’s products, services, and safety solutions
- Meet or exceed required key performance activities (i.e. cold calls, new presentations, new sales and portfolio growth, etc.)
- Utilization of CRM (Salesforce) to capture customer information and program requirements
Education and Experience
- 1-3 Years of outbound B2B sales experience
- Ability to work independently and strategically with minimal supervision
- Ability to self-manage workload and priorities
- Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
- Experience utilizing a CRM
- Canada sales experience is a plus
- French Bilingual abilities are a plus
