Our office is growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.
Responsibilities
- Customer service; answering basic questions, taking payments, correctly filling and taking accurate customers and company messages
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must have good spelling and penmanship
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
