We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager with passion, who will define the strategy and execution of key consumer facing advertising, influencer, media, and activations communications across all channels. The ideal candidate has the ability to coordinate and oversee a congruent marketing strategy that aligns with our Brands’ messaging. To increase visibility along with increased revenue to the company. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Objectives of this role
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Establish and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Implement with email, social media and web design
Responsibilities
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand including Facebook, Instagram, Titoki and other social media channel.
- Manage organic and paid digital channels including SEO, email marketing, Google/Meta, social & influencer marketing and affiliate campaigns
- Respond to inbound social media traffic
- Collaborate with the company to create engaging content for digital channels, including website, blog, flyers and social media.
- Create email lifecycle marketing strategy, trigger and promotional emails; ongoing efforts to merge CRM database detail segmentation.
- Setting the direction, pace and processes for our e-commerce Marketplaces & Affiliate Partners
- Ensuring that daily site maintenance is conducted: pricing, merchandising, product descriptions, new item listing, promotions, customer journey
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Create and implement company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy content and calendar (daily/weekly)
- Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth, measure web traffic and monitor SEO
- Maintain our website presence and update our website as needed
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events

- Experience with Amazon seller central and Walmart seller central is a plus, but not required.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing including Social Media and Marketing, advertising, Google analytics, SEO, Graphic Design, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Proven track record of successfully maintaining Social Media sites
- Experience managing and maintaining a website
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms for email campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.49 per hour
