Cat Hospital At Towson is a small, privately owned feline-exclusive veterinary hospital in Baltimore County, Maryland. We are currently seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist to collaboratively oversee and guide the day-to-day flow of the front desk operations. Customer service experience required, animal care experience in a business setting is a bonus, preference for cats = priceless!

A successful candidate will have a growth mindset embracing technology services and platforms, and regarding personal and interpersonal relationships. They should have a passion for problem solving and a desire to overcome new challenges with a willingness to share their knowledge, experience, and compassion with our patients, clients, and team.
Candidates should possess 2+ years of experience in a customer service-related position, and 1+ year of experience within a veterinary setting. In addition to customer service and veterinary experience, the right candidate will be well organized, and experienced in time management, along with all other administrative and financial aspects of the front desk. Preference for candidates who are proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
We realize time spent outside of work with family or friends is important; Cat Hospital At Towson is open Monday-Friday, and closed nights and weekends.
