Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly stocked
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and processing transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
