For the GS 14: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level in the Federal Government (or private sector equivalent) performing all the following:
- Design, develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power platform solutions to meet specific business requirements such as workflows, business process flows, entity forms, and views. And
- Planning to ensure system enhancements support program initiatives and requirements as well as agency objectives. And
- Provide continuous communication to customer and leadership to ensure the customers service level agreements are being met.
