Mid-sized contracting business requires office administrative work including :
- Payroll
- Invoicing and Estimates
- Permitting and Licensing
- Maintaining filing system
- Managing calendar
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phone and taking accurate messages
- Assisting in email correspondence
- Updating spreadsheets
- Data entry
- Research
- Some driving is required for occasional errands including bank deposits and picking up permits and plans
Required Experience:
Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred. One year of previous office experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
