We are a local, family-owned, air conditioning and heating contractor in Mesa. Our company has been in business for over 50 years!
We are looking for an ethical, reliable, experienced Technical Service Manager to join our amazing team.
This position will have some office time and field time, you must be willing to run service calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
Technical Service Manager Duties:
- Conduct on-site estimates for installation of new equipment.
- Write proposals and communicate professionally with customers.
- Monitor and follow-up on high priority accounts.
- Perform in-field service work (run service demand calls, oversee light commercial customers, etc.).
- Provide trouble-shooting support to other technicians and assist in managing schedules.
· Actively participate in dispatch, warranty, and parts installation process and scheduling.
-At tend training as required, train technicians on new technologies and trouble-shooting strategies as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotation every four weeks (weekday evenings until 9P, weekends 7A-9P).
Job Requirements
-10+ years’ HVAC experience
-Strong expertise of technical solutions (be up to date on newest equipment)
- Experience with DESCO a plus but not required.
- Be a team player that demonstrates responsibility and leadership.
- Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills.
- MUST PASS A DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND CHECK.
- MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
