Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your communication skills and passion for helping others in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist customers in resolving issues, providing information, and offering solutions
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Communicate effectively to assist a diverse customer base
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process customer orders in a timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
-Manage customer orders and shipments closely to meet and exceed customer expectations for quality service and delivery.
Act as a liaison between the customer and Internal team members to ensure customer expectations are communicated, understood and met throughout the organization.
Act as the first line of communication to customers as needed with strong and professional written and verbal communication.
Various reports as needed
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years successful administrative support, demonstrated successful office/clerical experience
·Strong proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word & Excel.
·Positive team player, who is detailed oriented, clean and organized.
· Must have excellent telephone and verbal/written communication skills, be a good listener, display professionalism and customer focus.
·Must be responsible, punctual, self-motivated, personable and well organized.
·Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
·Must be able to work onsite.

Pay: $18.25 - $20.00 per hour
