Client Experience Specialist

THE POSITION:
STACK is looking for a STACK Experience Specialist to ensure that every interaction and touchpoint with the company, whether it involves employees, clients, partners, or other stakeholders, is optimized for a positive and memorable experience. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall company experience, aligning it with the organization's values, objectives, and brand identity. Your role involves collaborating with various departments and vendors to streamline processes, gather feedback, and implement
improvements that contribute to a cohesive and exceptional company experience.
This cross-functional role requires strong communication and collaboration with company leadership, finance, and project managers as well as the sales and marketing teams.
- Work closely as part of the Client Services Team with project sponsor(s), cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Work with Experience Director to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
- Ability to coordinate and manage tasks involving departments from different geographic areas as well as external partners
- Assist in developing and managing budgets for projects, to include event planning, and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Pro-active self-starter, able to take ownership of issues and drive them to a successful and timely conclusion
- Reliability, strong organizational skills, and tenacious follow-through are essential
- Attention to detail, precision, and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and project management
- Strong problem solving, planning, and organizational skills-including multi-tasking
- Self-motivated, open-minded, collaborative, resourceful, and team-oriented attitude
THE DETAILS:
- Location: San Jose, CA
- Onsite/WFH Expectations: in office 4 days
- Travel: less than 5%
- Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 + Bonus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass comprehensive background screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Experience with event planning,
- Professional-level proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (also Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills
