This position is responsible for fulfilling both Source One Staffing's clients, candidate needs and request in a professional and timely manner. All work is to be carried out in strict accordance and with any and all local, State and/or Federal rules.
Customer Service Representative General Duties:
* Answer all incoming calls to Source One professionally and courteously.
* Receive, record and fill all orders received from Clients with the best candidate(s) for the position requested.
* Prior Recruiting Knowledge is a huge plus and would be very helpful.
* Timely communication with clients including but not limited to informing clients if an employee is running late or will not be able to work or whether or not a replacement will be sent, ongoing order status, etc.
* Recruit potential candidates through all reasonable means necessary, including but not limited to, phone calls, passing out flyers, community events, social media, employee referrals, etc.
* Assisting employees and/or candidates to ensure all paperwork is filled out correctly and completely.
* Ensure all Clients have provided correct timesheets for all employees working a their facility.
* Resolve any issues with missing or incorrect hours with clients and/or employees.
* Sort and prepare all paychecks for distribution.
* Communicate and collaborate with all necessary internal staff regarding any issues arising with employees and/or clients.
* Update required information on computer system before the end of the day including but not limited to
- Available employees
- Individual employee messages and/or status
- Client messages
- Client orders
- Employee assignments
All other information as deemed necessary and required
* Be on call after standard office hours as requested by manager.
* Execute special projects as requested by management

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to follow-up with clients/employees.
* Project and present yourself in a professional manner
-*Ability to conduct outbound calling and demonstrate effective phone etiquette
* Ability to meet deadlines while working in a high pressure environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
* Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
* Bilingual Preferred
