Seeking experienced paralegal to work closely with litigation attorney(s) in high volume, fast paced atmosphere. The ability to efficiently multi-task is a must. Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in personal injury or other plaintiff-focused litigation. Primary duties will include: answering discovery; drafting and filing of pleadings; keeping attorney calendars; daily interaction with clients and general litigation support.
The ideal candidate will prioritize collaboration in the office over remote work.

This is a Full-time position, working Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.
As a Paralegal in our Litigation Department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client’s case, from initial filing to settlement.
Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Drafting, reviewing, and filing of motions and pleadings
· Preparing and overseeing discovery including interrogatories, document requests and subpoenas
· Interacting with clients regularly to obtain information needed, provide case updates etc.
· Coordinating the scheduling of depositions
· Negotiating liens
· Providing support for Arbitration and trial preparation
· Other duties as assigned
To be considered for this position you must possess the following:
· Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal studies or similar field preferred
· Three (3) or more years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably for a Personal Injury Law firm
· Proficient with Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Familiarity with Litify highly desired
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Pennsylvania and New Jersey laws and best practices
· Compassionate and outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Highly professional, with ability to interact with people from various backgrounds
· Exceptional time management and organizational skills
· Excellent research skills
· Ability to multitask and complete assignments with conflicting deadlines
