Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Conduct proofreading of documents and correspondence for accuracy
- Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Balance cash drawer and make deposits
Experience:
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls professionally
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office suite
- Basic math skills
