Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Utilize phone etiquette and effective communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide timely resolutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience or outbound calling experience is a plus
