POSITION OVERVIEW
To manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the HVAC maintenance programs and service contractors. This position also maintains the production-critical HVAC spare parts onsite inventory.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
Day-to-day communications with production and HVAC service contractors.
-
Assist in managing the time-of-day HVAC schedules for optimal energy savings.

Refrigeration management and compliance recordkeeping, working closely with the EH&S team.

Manage HVAC maintenance programs and audits.
-
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and controls systems, assist and/or perform repairs as needed.

Monitor HVAC alarms and ensure timely responses.

Process POs and invoices related to HVAC repairs
-
Schedule HEPA filter testing to ensure units meet specifications.
-
Schedule annual boiler inspections with state inspectors & insurance carrier(s).

Other duties as assigned.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT
-
Create PM’s for all HVAC equipment, maintain records as required.
-
Schedule all HVAC related PM’s with the service contractors.
-
Work closely with HVAC contractors, self-perform equipment repairs as required.
-
Assist with Facilities HVAC projects as needed.
-
Be on-call 24/7 for production and facility emergencies, regardless of normal working hours including off-shift hours.

Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.

Maintaining high level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality with respect to company matters.
WHAT TO BRING
-
5+ years’ experience in HVAC service
-
Extensive knowledge in Tracer Summit and Automated Logic Controls.
-
Effective communication skills.
-
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
-
Adequate math skills.
-
Understanding of invoicing.
WHAT WILL HELP

Effective time management skills.

Must be able to multi-task.

Good problem-solving skills and detail orientated.

Good communication skills to interface with contractors and inside customers.
