Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer
Location: Central Ohio (Preferred)
Overview:We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in .NET, Angular, SQL, and Azure DevOps. Experience working in the government sector and previous consulting experience are essential. Located in Central Ohio, the candidate should also possess knowledge of the financial domain, which is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality software solutions using .NET and Angular frameworks.
- Design, develop, and maintain database schemas and SQL queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project management.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Proactively identify and address technical challenges and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in .NET framework and C# programming language.
- Strong experience with Angular for front-end development.
- Expertise in SQL and database design.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for version control, build, and release management.
- Previous experience working in the government sector is highly desired.
- Consulting experience is preferred.
- Located in Central Ohio preferred.
- Knowledge of the financial domain is a plus.

Pay: $105,327.83 - $125,014.27 per year
