The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers and responsible for resolving issues and requests reported in a timely and professional manner.

Job Description
· Assist with customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email
· Greet customers for will call/pick up
· Enter/create new sales orders from customer purchase orders via phone, fax, or email
· Create invoices and packing lists upon completion of sales orders by the warehouse
· Create BOL for trucking and schedule pickups as needed (ex: UPS, UCL, SAIA, Target)
· Create UPS labels
· Initiate process for claims and returns
· Establish a quality working relationship with a variety of customers
· Follow up with customer inquiries (ex: ETAs, back ordered items back in stock, etc.)
· Research status of customer orders
· Communicate with the warehouse employees to get orders done on time
· Cash and Credit Card Transactions
· Data Entry
· All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· 2+ years experience in customer support role
· Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Applications
· Good problem-solving skills and proactive in finding solutions
· Strong and professional communications skills – verbal and written
· Ability to handle stressful situations (i.e. customer complaints, lots of paperwork, etc.)
· Strong customer service skills via phone (active listening, tone of voice, word choice)
· Ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations and characters
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Good with numbers (cash transactions) and data entry (ex: Quickbooks)
· Detail Oriented
· Bilingual - Spanish and English speaking
