- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
- Must be able to work holiday, nights and weekends
- Need great communications skills
- Must be organized and self motivated
- Culinary school 2-4 year degree
- Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions
- Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, food processors, ect
- Able to handle work in a fast- paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
