The mission of All Star Children’s Foundation (ASCF) is to build a brighter future for children in foster care through innovation, science, and compassion. ASCF is situated on a 5‐acre campus that includes a pediatric mental health treatment and research center, along with 6 single‐family foster homes. Foster parents and children on campus receive comprehensive supportive services from a team of trauma‐informed professionals.
The Data Entry Admin role is responsible for a variety of data entry and administrative tasks to ensure that client data is recorded, filed, and available to appropriate clinicians and ASCF staff. This position interacts with a variety of ASCF clinical and campus staff members to ensure clients receive timely access to care and that program activities are appropriately supported and documented. It is essential that the Data Entry Admin embodies trauma-informed principles of creating a space of safety, trust, collaboration, and compassion.
Salary: $20-$22.00/hour
Status: Full-time, benefits eligible
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of High School diploma; Associate’s Degree preferred
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and must consistently demonstrate a high level of accuracy with data entry
- Must be flexible and able to accept change as a part of the natural growth and development of a new agency
- Must have the ability to multitask and handle high stress situations professionally
- Must have the ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with patients, vendors, and coworkers
- Must be a self-starter who can work diligently without supervision with the initiative to take on more when required
- Ability to prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of daily operations
- Proficient Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficient with various software applications including, but not limited to Adobe, DocuSign, SurveyMonkey, and EHR systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completing precise and efficient data entry tasks to ensure the validity and completeness of information
- Conducting regular accuracy checks of entered data and correcting errors quickly and efficiently
- Updating and maintaining databases with new information
- Preparing and providing reports as required and requested
- Scanning, filing, and tracking of relevant documents into appropriate systems and databases
- Obtaining client consents for services, records, and release of information forms as needed
- Recordkeeping, filing paper charts, scanning forms into the EHR
- Tracking client progress through programming and case milestones
- Protect patient rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal information by adhering to all HIPAA regulations
