The Bridgewater Place Facilities Team responsibilities include event preparations and facility maintenance.
As it is not possible to list every duty related to this position, following is a list of the primary duties and responsibilities of the Facilities Team. Other duties may arise now or in the future that would fall under the Facilities Team.
*Ensure that rooms are clean and showroom ready, including making sure that restrooms and all other public access areas are presentable; *Assist with set up/break down of tables, chairs, and linens for events when directed by Management; *Repair and maintain all event materials (tables, chairs, linens, etc.); *Maintain facility, inside and outside, under direction of Facilities Director; *Other duties as directed by Management
Personal Requirements:
*Attention to detail *Work well with others *Excellent verbal communications and leadership skills *Must have the ability to remain calm in high stress situations *Be able to solve problems quickly under pressure *Must have Valid Drivers License
The facilities team member needs to be willing to go above and beyond to keep Bridgewater in excellent condition and exceed customer expectations. They need to have excellent time management skills and work well in a team environment. *This is not a manager position.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
