Centralized Scheduling Supervisor - Remote

What you'll do:
As a Centralized Scheduling Supervisor, you will support Access Point leadership in managing daily operations. You will lead a team of call center schedulers, providing training, monitoring, mentoring, and troubleshooting assistance. Your responsibilities include handling escalated calls, developing training tools, resolving process issues, and ensuring team quality and productivity goals are met daily.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily team activities, including inbound and outbound scheduling.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve inbound scheduling workflows.
- Interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
- Monitor productivity indicators like scheduling accuracy, wait times, and adherence to protocols.
- Resolve problems and handle escalated calls.
- Communicate solutions and opportunities for continual improvement.
- Perform call monitoring, coaching, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain and update department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1+ year(s) management experience including hiring, training, coaching and discipline required. 1+ year(s) call/contact center management experience, focusing on inbound and outbound call programs.
