The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years’ experience as a labor lawyer or employment attorney and the desire to be part of a dynamic team of professionals.
Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
· Handle employment discrimination and wage/hour matters in federal court from inception to trial, including client intake, developing case strategy, preparing pleadings, managing discovery, conducting and defending depositions, performing legal research and analysis, writing briefs, and arguing motions and appeals
Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
· NYS Bar admission
Admitted to practice in Federal Court
Minimum of 2 years of federal employment litigation experience
· Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial
· Exceptional research and writing skills; and
· Demonstrated interest in employment law and/or civil rights

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
