Accounting/Office Manager
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly accounting practice for vendors and projects, providing guidance and support
- Oversee vendor management and maintain relationships with key suppliers
- Utilize your expertise in construction accounting to streamline processes
- Handle administrative tasks related to clerical duties and human resources
- Ensure efficient office operations and contribute to overall office management
Experience:
- Proven experience in accounting, demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with internal teams and external partners
- Familiarity with vendor management practices within the construction industry
- Previous experience in administrative roles, including clerical tasks
- Knowledge of human resources functions to support employee needs
- Proficiency in office management to ensure smooth daily operation
- Experience in quickbooks online
- Experience in being a good problem solver

-Experience of 5-10 years or more in accounting
