Litigation Paralegal
Job Overview:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you play a vital role in supporting our legal team in all aspects of litigation. You will be responsible for assisting attorneys in case preparation, document management, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective representation of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file documents in State and Federal courts.
- Calendar and meet all firm and case-related deadlines.
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents including discovery and motions.
- Obtain medical records as needed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Utilize firm case management system to ensure timely and efficient progression of all cases.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and other parties.
- Assist attorneys in deposition, mediation and trial preparation.
- Additional administrative duties as needed.
Experience:
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Firm understanding of how to manage a case from intake to trial
- Previous experience as a litigation paralegal in Personal Injury.
- Prioritize customer service in all areas of responsibilities.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Outstanding work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
