Job Summary:
Are you a driven sales pro with a knack for building relationships and a passion for marketing? We're looking for a Brand Ambassador to be a key player in our northern California expansion. You'll focus on identifying potential clients, working with the Territory Manager to craft sales strategies, delivering killer presentations and trainings, and being the face of our brands with our dispensary partners. Attention to detail is a must, and your entrepreneurial spirit and ability to understand client needs will be crucial in helping to hit sales targets and contributing to our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the NorCal area to build a strong customer base.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, budtender trainings, PAD's, and product demos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assess client needs and offer tailored solutions for their marketing and branding goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide top-notch service to our partners.
- Work with Sales Support Coordinator to schedule payment pickups.
- Support Territory Manager in developing sales strategies for each region.
- Keep tabs on industry trends and competitor activities to seize market opportunities.
Requirements:

- Living in Modesto, Merced, San Jose, Bay Area, or Sacramento highly preferred
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or brand ambassador experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, social, and inter-personal skills for effective client engagement.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Attention to detail is a priority.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the marketing industry and branding concepts is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated work area.
Compensation:
This position offers competitive hourly pay along with travel reimbursement.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
