We have multiple Medical Admn. positions available. The successful candidate will be able to effectively solve patients/customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping patients/customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow protocol to ensure proper steps are taken
- Identify patients/customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage patients/customers by taking the extra mile
- Documentation and Communication with patients, vendors and team is a big priority
- Work as a team, individually or side by side with Management
Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Previous experience working in a Medical Facility is recommended
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with EHR systems and practices. Nextgen a plus
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
