Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least one year of experience in high-volume recruiting. The ideal candidates will have experience in employee recruitment and employee sourcing. Candidates who are excellent communicators, energetic, have strong attention to detail, and work in a team environment should apply. This team member will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and Account Executives and will be responsible for candidate sourcing, phone screens, interviews, and reference checks of all new hires. They will also be required to attend job fairs and events to source candidates in various locations.
Responsibilities:
- Source applicants through various methods, including advertising, recruiters, job sites, career fairs, online platforms
- Review resumes on a regular basis on multiple applicant tracking systems
- Screen candidate resumes and job applications
- Conduct and coordinate interviews cooperatively with the hiring team
- Attend job fairs to increase the candidate pipeline
- Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
- Fill open positions in an effective and timely manner
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as sending offer letters and onboarding documents via the appropriate channels
- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
- Perform other tasks or functions as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
- Ensure regulatory aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process are compliant with federal and state legislation
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a recruiter or relevant recruitment experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
- Team-player with superior interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask, juggle multiple responsibilities, and prioritize tasks
- Strong ability in using MS Office and G Suite
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
Working at Street Level Strategy
- Pay range: $70,000-$80,000 annually
