Agent Responsibilities in the Showing Assistant Responsibilities
● Initial buyer consultation(s) with Agent
● Plan, schedule, and execute showings as requested by Agent
● Appointment follow-up
● Contract handoff to agent
● Attend inspections as requested by Agent
● Work with Agent on closing process
● Attend final walkthrough(s)
● Showing Assistant(s) also include lead generation, open houses, showing homes, researching homes to show, following up with client(s) that they have shown homes to, attending walk throughs, inspections, and closing(s), and any other duties pertaining to real estate on the buy side of the transaction.
* Any buy side deal(s) can be delegated to the Showing Assistant but the agent will be responsible to ensure these things take place.
Compensation & Team Benefit(s)
● Commission based position
● 15% split on all buy side deals worked (paid out of agent portion of the split- see Example A)
● Open Hours (no set schedule)
● Agent(s) utilizing showing assistant(s) will get additional slot in the lead rotation
