We are seeking a multi-unit General Manager to take full accountability of store operations at our locations in NW Chicago.

The selected candidate will embody this culture statement as they lead the Crews Shift Leads and Bakers in fulfilling the Crumbl vision of bringing family and friends together over the world’s best box of cookies.

Responsibilities may include:
- Establish and uphold value-driven culture amongst all Crumbl Crew members at two stores (8-15 employees each)
- Execute on store processes to adhere to Crumbl core values of: Customer Experience, Cookie Quality, and Cleanliness
- Schedule staff sufficient to achieve all sales, quality and performance metrics
- When call-offs occur, quickly find coverage or personally work the shift to ensure crew can meet the demand
- Conduct daily and weekly inventory of cookies, dough and raw materials
- Lead and mentor Shift Leads and other employees, as needed
- Interview candidates and make hiring decisions
- Conduct performance and development evaluations with Crew Members
- Facilitate training of all Crew members
- Become familiar with and ensure compliance with all policies in Employee Handbook and Crumbl Operations Manual
- Have ultimate accountability for all customer related issue resolution
- Manage all Crew communication through approved mobile messaging tools
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- ANSI accredited Certified Food Protection Manager certification (can obtain once hired)
- Minimum five years food service experience
- Minimum three years management experience
- Experience with cash handling management
- Experience with shift scheduling
- Experience managing Gross Profit by controlling labor and food cost
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Illinois driver's license with your own car
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift, carry, or push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Able to work extended hours when needed
- Able to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow and enforce Crumbl's high standard of food safety that requires no jewelry be worn on shift, including face and ear piercings.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
