About Us
All Strength Training is the longest standing Personal Training Studio in the Buena Park neighborhood of Uptown Chicago. Since 2010, we have been providing a community-driven environment to our clients through semi-private and one-on-one personal training, nutrition coaching, and specialty services designed for busy professionals to get the most bang for their buck. As part of All Strength Training’s top-tier coaching team, you’ll get to share in our members’ success stories and work with a group of peers and leadership where everyone wins together.
Our specialty is our 30-minute semi-private personal training session, where groups of up to 4 people will train together based on their skill level and training goals. In addition, we offer ancillary small group services such as HIIT sessions, stretching & mobility, as well as 1:1 personal training.
This is a highly team-driven position – all of our coaches share clients in order to provide the best environment for both members and employees; members may change their schedules more easily and coaches do not have to work long hours to accommodate when a client changes their schedule.
We provide an atmosphere of continuous improvement with a large priority on growth and education, including course and seminar opportunities as well in-house education & development meetings on a frequent basis.
