Responsibilities:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
-Payroll Administration - data collection and input into ADP Workforce Now system
-Benefits Administration. Works closely with brokers and provider representatives. Educates staff on all aspects for employee benefits.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role at a large nonprofit
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Strong working knowledge of ADP payroll systems
-Strong knowledge and experience with Benefits Administration
- Knowledge of performance management techniques and employee evaluation processes
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to conduct effective interviews to assess candidate qualifications
