Banktech in Carolina, PR is looking for a few call center associates to join our 74 person strong team. We are located on 100 Carr 848 Ste 6. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged. We are a fast-growing Credit Card processing and marketing company looking for Call Center Representatives that will be the liaison between our company and potential customers.. *Expectations* * Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner with lead setting being the primary goal * Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics * Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives * Seize opportunities to generate appointments from customers on the fence when they arise * Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile * Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way * Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level * Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Responsibilities
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
