iStaffing is hiring an office candidate for a memory foam manufacturing company to assist with order management and assist with accounting.
TEMP TO HIRE*** MONDAY - FRIDAY *** 7:30AM - 4:00PM*** PAY $18.00***
Will train a few weeks in customer service to learn about our product.
**Must have experience in customer service and data entry. **
Order Management
- Process orders
- Confirm orders come are correct (SKUs, prices)
- Manual order entry
- Knowledge of product
- Verify all promo codes and allowances are applied
- Print shipping labels for the warehouse
- Review open orders
- Reply to emails and calls as needed
Accounting
- Receive, review, & verify invoices from Vendors (may include some three-way matching)
- Enter vendor invoices into Sage 100
- Process expense reports from employees, identify any discrepancies
- Maintain professional relationships with our valued vendors/suppliers
- Assist in weekly check run
- File check copies
- Collect credit card receipts and assist with monthly credit card reconciliation
- Assist with return merchandise data entry
Requirements:
- Pre-employment Drug Test
