We are seeking a Customer Routing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, reliable Customer Routing Specialist in the New Windsor area to provide superior service to our customers. This is a full-time position with benefits and opportunities for growth.
The schedule for this role is Sunday through Thursday; 3:00pm -11 :00pm.

Responsibilities
- Work with members of Customer Service and Sales to help grow customer relations.
- Process accurate order entry into online software.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure accuracy in order processing and delivery.
- Respond to customers as needed through email or by other means.
- Utilize software programs to identify select routes.
- Routing our all-legitimate customer order in the most efficient way possible.
- Plans routes. This includes integrating new customers into existing routes, determining where new routes are needed. Planning for necessary route adjustments due to seasonality.
- Prepares loading and driver sheets showing the routes assigned and ensures each driver is provided an accurate and understandable listing of stops for any day.
- Analyze exiting routes for opportunities to reduce miles, delivery days, and hours to improve cost control and consistency of deliveries.
- Prepares reports for sales and management.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and willingness to help busy customers
- Ability to resolve conflicts promptly; ask for assistance as needed.
- A clear communicator, ensuring that she/he has been understood.
- Stays informed by consistently reading and responding to all forms of communication from others, available by email immediately.
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Analytical/Mathematical skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
