Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience in this role
- Understanding of proper Westchester County health department sanitation standards
- Positive attitude in the workplace, with a willingness to follow directions
- Ability to work and keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
- Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day
