Answers telephone calls from agents, insureds and mortgage companies regarding direct bill accounts.
Duties

Listens attentively to callers needs.

Provides accurate information and assists callers with basic inquiries and/or problems regarding direct bill accounts.

Adjusts or changes individual payment terms as needed.

Obtains required documentation from insured if research is required.

Refers complex billing problems or research matters to the assigned Analyst.

Processes special reinstatements for agents as needed.

Facilitates changes to direct bill accounts as needed.

Documents unusual or problematic telephone calls in notepad.

Always extends excellent service to callers.

Performs other duties and/or projects as needed or required.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred..

Minimum of 1 year experience in a billing and/or customer service environment is required.

Insurance industry experience is preferred.

Must be able to work the hours of 10:45am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
