Massage Heights College Metcalf Plaza is looking for Part-time Lifestyle Consultants to join our incredible team. We are seeking a Lifestyle Consultant who runs the day to day operations of the retreat and staffs the front desk area by educating and promoting membership offerings to guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create positive experience for guests
- Educate guests on our membership programs and being comfortable to sell the Wellness programs
- Sales driven
- Promote therapeutic benefits of massage
- Answering phones and emails
- Booking and managing the service schedule
- Checking clients in and out of the retreat
- Uphold Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of sales experience
- Preferred one year of front desk experience
- Preferred one year in the Health/Beauty industry
- Positive and inspiring personality
- Knowledge of spa operations and services
- Good at working in a team environment
- Excels in offering excellent guest service
- Experience with computers and POS systems
- Passion for communicating with people and providing exceptional service on a consistent basis
- Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
- Ability to multi-task
