Position Overview:
As the Regional Manager for our coffee shops, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of multiple coffee shop locations within your designated region. You will lead a team of store managers and ensure that each store delivers an exceptional guest experience, achieves sales and financial targets, maintains high standards of product quality, and adheres to company policies and procedures. Your role will involve strategic planning, team member development, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide leadership and guidance to store managers in all aspects of store operations, including staffing and meeting labor targets, inventory management, waste control, product merchandising, and cleanliness.
● Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team member productivity to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies at all coffee shop locations within the region.
● Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the region.
● Support shops with seasonal offering, promotions, and strategic sales strategies in
collaboration with the Director of Marketing
- Team Leadership and Development:
● Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and other team members within the region to build a high-performing and motivated team.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to support professional development and career advancement opportunities for team members.
● Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and team member engagement.
● Lead by example and uphold the company's values, culture, and standards of excellence.
● Develop budgets and sales targets for each coffee shop location in the region and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial goals.
● Monitor expenses, control costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability while maintaining quality and service standards.
● Analyze financial reports, sales data, and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations for improving business performance and driving revenue growth.
● Achieve financial success in supporting restaurants build sales, increase profitability,
reduce costs, conduct ongoing cost analyses, and offer creative solutions for financial
success.
4. Customer Service and Brand Experience:
● Ensure that all coffee shops deliver a consistently high level of customer service and create a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
● Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively, striving to exceed guest expectations and build brand loyalty.
● Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to implement promotional campaigns, marketing strategies, and initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
● Proven experience as a district manager, regional manager, or similar leadership role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in coffee shop or café operations.
● Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales management, inventory control, and financial analysis.
● Excellent leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
● Advanced written and oral communication skills; as well as a strong commitment to a
timely response in all matters.
● Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
● Flexibility to travel within the district and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
