United Way of Lancaster is hiring! We are looking for a ERAP Application Support Specialist. This position must reside in the Carbon, Lehigh, or Northampton Counties, no exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls, collect client information and demographics
- Conduct assessment for determination of referral to appropriate programs in Carbon County
-Maintain accurate data files to include reporting data needed to complete the program's monthly quality assurance and outcomes reporting
- Provide exceptional professionalism and non-judgetmental attitude when speaking with callers
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication and listening skills, empathetic and calm attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high paced call center
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Social Work preferred or equal experience
-Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
-Experience with Microsoft Office and Database Management software
Clearances Required
At point of hire, and periodically thereafter, you must be able to secure the PA State Police background clearance and the PA Child Abuse History clearance
