We are seeking a dependable and energetic individual to join our automotive dealership team.
Multitasking is key in this position as tasks would include assisting customers in person and over the phone simultaneously. Individuals applying will need to have a clear and pleasant voice that customers will be able to hear and understand over the phone and in person.
The individual we are looking for must have a smile on their face at all times and have a positive and friendly demeanor.
We are looking for an individual that is able to eagerly greet our customers and assist them in locating personnel and departments. This position is also responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy customer lounge and making sure our guests have snacks and beverages at all times.
Knowing basic math skills, accepting payments of many different types and giving correct cash change are all required abilities.
We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and accurate with numbers since this position is responsible for keeping accounting records in order. All payments are received and recorded accurately and reconciled appropriately.
Mandatory knowledge of how use of a computer is a must for this position including but not limited to sending and receiving emails, navigating multiple websites, Microsoft Excel data entry, and keeping track of multiple logins and passwords. This position would be using credit card terminals and check guarantee machines to ensure proper payments are collected from our customers.
Knowledge of the automotive computer system ADP/CDK is strongly preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will be able to accept guidance from supervisors and also work with or without direct supervision.
We are looking for someone who is confidential and secure with handling money and sensitive information. Training will be provided on site if hired for these special requirements.

Shifts generally start at 8am and end between 7-8pm. Sunday shifts are from 11am-5pm. Shifts vary depending on availability and store location. Weekends required at most locations.
Responsibilities:(including but not limited to)
- Answer telephone, transfer calls, take messages, help customers as needed
- Receipt money for service, finance, and sales
- Maintain customer satisfaction at or above company standards
- Processes paperwork on a timely basis
- Sign out and keep good records for the books/Keys and dealer plates
- Keep waiting area neat and stocked for customers
- Communicate frequently via phone/email with sales management.
Requirements:
