What You'll Do:
As an Operations Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to ensure the highest safety and environmental standards for our Renewable Power plants. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating day-to-day Real-Time operations for diverse renewable generating facilities, including Solar, Wind, and Battery Storage.

Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Ability to work 8-hour to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work weekends or holidays
Key Requirements:
- Utility-scale solar experience preferred
- Control room operator experience
- In-depth understanding of SCADA
- Electrical Transmission and BES knowledge
- NERC Regulatory compliance expertise
- CIP Low or CIP medium control room experience
Your Skills:
We're seeking individuals with skills in:
- Reliability of transmission and grid operations
- Monitoring operational conditions and established procedures
- Quick response during system disturbances
- NERC reliability standards
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and Outlook
- Experience with SCADA systems and Maximo CMMS
- Familiarity with software tools like PvSyst, PowerBi, Tableau, and Python
Qualifications:
To succeed, you'll need:
- Experience in a power plant, factory, or switching center using plant SCADA
- Technical expertise in plant processes and operating electrical and SCADA systems
- Ability to interpret Electrical 1 and 3 line diagrams
- Knowledge of power plant control systems and protection schemes
