We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect beauty products to meet their needs. Duties:
- Greet customers and provide a warm and friendly welcome
- Assist customers in selecting beauty products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits and features of various beauty products
- Offer personalized recommendations and advice on skincare, makeup, and other beauty products
- Process customer transactions using the cash register and POS system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves, displays, and product samples
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role preferred
- Knowledge of beauty cosmetics sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with POS systems is desirable but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on new products and trends
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
