Bilingual Janitorial Manager
We are currently looking for a Bilingual candidate with a minimum of 5 years of Janitorial Manager. The manager should be experienced with English and Spanish proficiency.
- Manager will be responsible for multiple facilities.
- Manager will be responsible to oversee periodic work as well as special projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the janitorial industry.
- Must have floor maintenance experience in all type of floor works and floor machines.
- Must have a good personal management skill and communication skill to communicate with clients and staff on daily basis.
- Must have strong computer skills (Emails, Microsoft word, Excel)
- Must have fully developed skills in a variety of cleaning processes.
- Must be able to pass background check and legal to work in the US.
- Experience in managing contract over 500,000 Square Footage is a plus.
- Have knowledge and skill to provide personnel training and supervision.
- Responsible for overall direction and coordination of assigned project.
