Our Event Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with management, marketing, and sales team to define and execute projects, develop plans to drive sales revenue, manage expectations, communicate progress effectively to all involved, and deliver results in a timely manner
- Assist the marketing and sales team in all aspects of executing site management and marketing operations for assigned territories
- Build stable, long-lasting relationships with key business decision-makers to increase consumer retainment and sales trajectories
- Increase industry and organizational knowledge through daily business meetings and job assignments
- Analyze retail market trends to derive a cutting edge against the competition, increase brand awareness and improve sales margins
- Deliver a superior customer service experience to existing and prospective customers by establishing superior trust and rapport
Our Event Marketing Assistant Requirements:
- Completed coursework or a degree in a related major of Business Management, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or Business Administration is preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail position is preferred
- Demonstrated history of personal achievement in leadership, athletics, academics, or community involvement
- Exceptional work ethic and determination to achieve goals
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally & build lasting partnerships
- Strong problem solving, organizational, decision making, and multi-tasking skills
- Professional, reliable, and courteous demeanor with an eagerness to grow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
