Raden Wellness is a progressive, functional medical practice focused on longevity and health optimization. We are currently hiring for our Highwood location.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an individual with a passion for health/wellness to join our wellness administration team. A successful candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in a variety of office software.
We work in a pioneering environment, where initiative and enthusiasm is essential, so come prepared! This is an onsite position.
Role Responsibilities
- Answer all phone calls and emails in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Schedules and coordinates care for patients
- Provides education to patients on treatment plans and protocols as needed
- Communicates and demonstrates Raden’s missions and values to prospective patients
- Works diligently to optimize patient experience at every opportunity
- Organizes, creates and implements office operations and procedures
- Schedules and bills patients using an EMR system
- Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable responsibilities including invoicing, billing and account management
- Addresses patient questions, concerns, or issues and triages to appropriate medical and support staff
- Main triage point for all incoming calls and emails (where appropriate)
- Engages in patient follow-ups, including lab orders, prescriptions, test results and supplement orders
- Relevant vendor account set up and management
- Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone
- Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients.
- Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies
- Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
- Ordering office supplies and managing as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of post-graduation experience in customer service (hospitality experience preferred but not required)
- Medical office experience preferred
*Skills - The ideal candidate will have proficiencies in:
- Microsoft Office systems including Word, Excel and MS Outlook, and Google Suite
- Experience using medical office, practice management software, preferred
- Creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple procedures and processes and effectively communicate
- Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong organizational, documentation, administrative, and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
