As a Viaero Customer Relations Representative, you work onsite and are responsible for handling both inbound and outbound phone calls regarding customer service issues. Our Representatives strive to provide a personalized resolution for problems and issues experienced by customers, striving to resolve the issue to our customer’s satisfaction and retain them as a Viaero customer. You would also provide valuable feedback to our management regarding ways to improve customer service, and can play a large role in retaining our loyal customers. This position is based in our call center located at 830 E Platte Ave Suite D, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.
Customer Relations Team hours of operation are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 7am-5pm
Saturday: 8:30am-5pm (rotating shift)
Sunday: Closed
Responsibilities and Duties:

Handling customer disputes and taking calls from customers needing more specialized assistance. You may also initiate calls to customers reported to be experiencing unresolved issues.

Explaining & changing rate plans, features, services, promotions, and usage.

Handling billing issues and answering questions about bills.

Processing incoming and outgoing Local Number Portability requests

Serving as a customer retention specialist by leveraging excellent conflict resolution skills

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Viaero's Customer Relations Representatives need to have:

Outstanding verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

A pleasant phone voice and excellent phone etiquette.

A deep understanding of our plans, services, and the technical features of our products.

Fantastic, demonstrated customer service skills.

The ability to sit at a desk/computer station for extended periods of time.
We prefer candidates who have a 2 year degree (A.S.,A.A.), but previous experience in customer service, collections, sales, or call center work may be substituted for the degree. Candidates MUST have at least a high school diploma or GED. Finally, you must be able to successfully pass all pre-employment checks.
