Responsibilities:
· Customer Service and client relations is #1 priority for this position.
· Act as primary Firm receptionist and screen and redirect all phone calls to the main number as appropriate.
· Direct Firm’s clients and guest to the appropriate meeting space.
· Keep the kitchen and conference rooms clean and stocked.
· Receive, review, handle, and send all mail and packages, redirecting where appropriate.
· Provide general office assistance to enhance office effectiveness.
· Order lunch for clients and staff as directed.
· Assist with training and special projects as needed.
· Cross-train to serve as both general servicing and legal administrative support.
· Assist with email responses as requested.
· Monitor deadlines.
· Prepare initial drafts of general correspondence and legal documents.
· File complaints, motions, responses, etc. as needed.
· Proofread, format, and finalize general correspondence and legal documents.
· Assist with client satisfaction.
· Scan, maintain and manage client files.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
