Job Overview:
TKo Hospitality is looking for a caring, customer-oriented and all-around fun person to join our team at Hyatt House Lewes / Rehoboth Beach.
This position is for PM Maintenance, covering 2pm - 10pm or 3pm - 11pm shifts. The ideal candidate is someone who is dedicated to their quality of work and wants to help make our new Hyatt House a brand, customer and employee favorite while excelling in maintenance duties.

Job Functions:
-Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.
-Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders related to replacing and repairing ceiling tiles, sheetrock and wallpaper.
-Manage daily chemical testing for indoor pool, adding chemicals as needed.
-Paint designated areas and items.
-Replace basic electrical fixtures, light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures.
-Perform minor plumbing functions.
-Focus on guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
-Maintain the curb appeal including but not limited to snow removal, lawn care, gardening and trash removal.
-Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
-Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements:
-High School diploma and Trade school course work in related field preferred.
-Previous maintenance experience or equivalent training preferred.
-Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends and alternate shifts.
-Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling and climbing.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
