We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager at Aura, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients succeed. You will work directly with salon and spa business owners and managers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance and industry insights, and upsell value-added solutions-driving retention and growth across our customer base.
Primary Responsibilities:
Be well versed on all product offerings and add-on features
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by helping them grow their business
Engage with key clients during monthly check-in meetings
Monitor and identify pockets of opportunity across your book of business
Drive adoption of new Aura features among your clients
Develop in-depth performance reports to offer meaningful insights to client
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer success for a B2B SaaS company.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Beauty and wellness industry experience
Experience with Salesforce, GSuite, Slack
